The Pros Know -- And Rely On -- Graco Paint Sprayers
The Graco Company (headquartered in Belgium) is one of the major manufacturers of commercial-grade paint sprayers. As such they are well-known to professional painters, who rely on their equipment every day to get the job done right for themselves and their clients. Whether you are a professional painting contractor, or just a homeowner with some big paint spraying jobs to finish, you can be assured that their equipment is durable and high quality, which will give you years and years of flawless operation.
One of the principal lines of Graco paint sprayers are their new Contractor and FTx Airless Spray Guns. The latest model is the FTx -- designed for light finishes and smaller jobs. The Contractor series of Graco paint sprayers are designed for paint application over larger surface areas, while the Silver Plus Graco paint sprayers are designed for efficient spray painting of thicker paints.
Graco paint sprayers incorporating their new Flex Seal needle design have been introduced as the first hydraulically-assisted shutoff spray gun system. The Flex Seal system also means longer life, because the seal is never in direct contact with your paint.
Another useful feature of these Graco paint sprayers is their EasyOut spray gun filter -- which filters the paint from the inside, out of the filter, capturing all foreign objects inside the filter mesh. At the end of the day, you simply clean out any foreign matter from the filter area. Another thing that I really like about these Graco paint sprayers is the fact that their design incorporates a sealed off spring -- the spray guns spring is not a part of the needle tip, but is kept separate from it. This means that when you are using your Graco paint sprayer the spring will not come into contact with the paint, extending the life of the spring and helping to prevent malfunctions and jams. Also, the springs on these Graco paint sprayers feature a modular design which means you can replace them quite easily in the field without making additional adjustments to the gun -- a real help for professional painters (and a tremendous timesaver too). Of all of the Graco paint sprayers, one model has really caught my eye: the FinishPro 395. One of the reasons why I like this model is that you can use it in an air-assisted airless mode, operating at a lower pressure for applying things like stain, enamel, sealer, which are lighter, then you can switch it over to an airless mode, which allows you to spray heavier liquids like paint, primer, etc. So really, when you use the FinishPro 395 Graco paint sprayer it is a great value because you will be getting, in effect, 2 paint sprayers in one unit.
